I’m the owner-operator and licensed HVAC contractor behind Mihas HVAC. I grew up where winters hit –35°C, so heat isn’t a luxury — it’s survival.
Today I bring that mindset to homes in the Bay Area. I take care of the whole lifecycle of your system: troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, new installations and ongoing maintenance.
I don’t chase volume or sales quotas. Instead, I:
