One contractor, whole project
Heat pump, water heater, the circuits for both, permit and HERS verification. You don't coordinate trades or chase paperwork.
Warranty on our work
Every install includes our workmanship warranty: 1 year on Economy, 2 years on Standard, 3 years on Premium systems.

Relocation, louvered door or ducting for small rooms, drain pan, and vehicle protection are quoted separately if needed. Prefer a larger tank or a 240V unit? Pick it in the calculator; a 240V unit adds a dedicated circuit priced by length.
Questions
How does the 14-day price lock work?
When you send your estimate, we email you your online price and the exact date it ends, 14 days later. Sign by that date and you get that price for the system and options in your estimate. After that, the regular price applies. Each home and email gets one online price lock.
Will the heat pump also cool my home?
Yes. A heat pump heats in winter and works as an air conditioner in summer, so you get cooling without a separate AC unit.
Is the loan really 0%?
Yes. The WestLight Energy loan is 0% interest with no fees and no credit check: up to $10,000 over 2 to 5 years, repaid on your monthly PG&E bill.
Do I wait for a rebate check?
No. WestLight Energy pays the rebate directly to us, and it comes off your price. There's no separate rebate application.
Do I need a panel upgrade?
We plan every install to avoid one. Our standard water heater is a 120V plug-in model, and if your panel is near capacity we add a smart load management device that pauses a secondary load, like an EV charger or dryer, so the heat pump keeps priority. WestLight Energy adds a $500 rebate for the device. If an upgrade is still needed, it's quoted separately with a $1,000 WestLight bonus rebate.
Can I get ductless mini-splits instead?
Yes. Choose 1 to 5 indoor units in the calculator; each is priced on one outdoor unit, and we size each unit at the estimate. Up to 3 indoor units on the Economy system still fit the $0 upfront offer.
How do I know if I'm a WestLight Energy customer?
Check your PG&E bill. If it lists WestLight Energy for electric generation, you're a customer.
I'm outside San Mateo County. Can I still get this price?
Yes, the installation price is the same. WestLight Energy rebates and the 0% loan are only for WestLight Energy customers.
Why isn't the exact model listed?
Equipment availability changes. Your final quote names the exact model and its certified efficiency rating.
