I’m Mikhail — the owner-operator and licensed HVAC contractor behind MIHAS HVAC. I grew up where winters hit –35°C, so heat isn’t a luxury — it’s survival.
Today I bring that mindset to homes in the Bay Area. I take care of the whole lifecycle of your system: troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, new installations and ongoing maintenance.

If a replacement or heat pump upgrade is clearly the better long-term option, I’ll show you the numbers, expected lifespan, energy costs and any available rebates — and then let you decide, with no pressure.
